According to information obtained by StarStufs, the new album by the queen of pop
Britney Spears should be scheduled for release in October 2010. According to the source, an agent of Contact Music have participated in a meeting with label executives from Britney, Jive Records and he would have revealed some information about its release.
"Yesterday we were in a meeting with the production of Britney Spears and they commented that the new CD is already recorded 70% and that the plan is that he be released on Halloween, since the concept of it is very unclear and subliminal. Also spoke of a tour that is discarded at this time and finally we talk about dates for release, which are : the album to October and the first single in late August." -Told the agent to the site.

David Henrie: Arrested...for no reason!?
David Henrie, star of the Disney Channel original series Wizards of Waverly Place, was arrested Thursday on the Universal City walk for allegedly trying to start a fight.
However David's rep has released a statement regarding the incident with his brother, Lorenzo Henrie
"Contrary to the reports that have circulated in the media, neither David Henrie nor his 16-year-old brother Lorenzo were trying to start a fight last night at Universal City Walk," David’s rep told the media in a statement. "In fact, they took appropriate measures to avoid an altercation. Unfortunately, private security guards released the instigators, and became extremely aggressive with Lorenzo."
"When David attempted to protect his younger brother, the security guards became equally aggressive with him. Numerous witnesses at the scene confirmed that David and Lorenzo were simply trying to protect themselves from an unjustified use of force."

One eye-witness tells HollywoodLife.com, "There were some people leaving Universal City in their car and they were being obnoxious. After they left, David’s brother was laughing and being silly about it; it seemed like he was joking about these people. Then all of a sudden, I saw a security guy push [Lorenzo]. David tried to get to his brother, and all of a sudden there were about five security guys on them."
Adds the witness, "David was being held back as his brother was being held on the ground. They were screaming to each other, ‘Are you OK?’ He was obviously trying to help his little brother out. I am not kidding when I tell you the officers punched David a bunch of times and pushed his bro on the ground. From what I saw, they were doing nothing wrong and the security guys overreacted. There was even a guy next to them that didn’t even know them that got hit by a security guy."
Another dishes, "A bald security guard instigated and provoked [David] and punched him several times in the face. [Lorenzo] was screaming and crying from the pain of having four guys on him, and David was just trying to get the security off his little brother. Then, while one guard handcuffed David, another put his hands on the little brother’s throat and strangled him. He yelled, ‘You’re not so tough now. Shut the f*** up!’"
David & Lorenzo were released to their father early yesterday morning.

Ke$ha's New Music Video deets.
Ke$ha is gearing up to tour with Rihanna this summer, but not before taking time out to shoot the third video from her Animal album, "Your Love Is My Drug." The clip was filmed on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week and features Ke$ha hanging out in the California desert.
The video reportedly "follows Ke$ha on a fun journey through an animated world" and was shot in Lancaster, California. In it, Ke$ha is seen dancing and performing near sand dunes while wearing a khaki-colored bathing suit; she's also seen wrapped in what appears to be a fishing net.
While she was all by her lonesome during the sunset scenes, once the sun went down, she filmed a kissing scene with an unidentified guy next to a campfire. Later on, Ke$ha performed — under black lights while wearing body paint — near some giant rock boulders. The video follows up Ke$ha's other clips for her hits "Tik Tok" and "Blah Blah Blah."
Ke$ha actually worked with her mom, Pebe Sebert, on several Animal tracks, including "Your Love Is My Drug." She's previously described the track as one that delves into the sordid details of her love life. "I wrote a few songs with my mom, who's a sick writer, and taught me everything I know about songwriting," she said.

Victorious's BIG NIGHT!
Victoria Justice and her Victorious cast and crew have something to celebrate!
The new Nickelodeon series grabbed the attention of kids and tweens on Sunday night (April 11), topping all basic cable programming in its time period with total viewers (3.5 million, +26%). The Victorious website on Nick.com also boasted a strong performance, earning its highest number of unique visitors on the same day.
Show creator Dan Schneider wrote on his own blog, "I gotta say how freakin’ proud I am of Victoria Justice, the rest of the cast of Victorious, and our whole staff and crew. I did not expect a ratings win our first time out on Sunday night, especially against such heavily promoted competition."
Looks like Dan Schnieder's new show "Victorious" is on it's way to becoming a big hit on Nickelodeon. Congratulations Victorious!

Album News!!: Miley Cyrus.
After her summer album release, Miley Cyrus said she's ready for a break. "I have one more record coming out this summer in June, and then after that, I want to take a step back from music for a while," she explained. "I want to continue to do film. Later in life, another record. But for now, I'd like to focus on movies." So what can we expect from Cyrus' next batch of new music?
"My record is coming out this summer," she said. "I'm excited about that. I'm looking forward to that, and then hopefully I can continue to do more films. [The album is] a little different. It's kind of poppier, but then it still has an edge. All of my music kind of has to. I think it's really fun. It's definitely a good summer CD. It's good to blast in your car."
While much of Cyrus' music has been more pop and even touched on country, she said this next album will have a bit of a Lady Gaga influence to it. "My new record has more of a techno vibe on some stuff. It's fun," she said. "You know, I just want to kind of do all different types of music, same as I do with movies. I never want to get stuck in a rut and just do one thing."

Spears paid $6.75 million for the Tuscan-inspired estate in January 2007, six years after it was built.
She originally listed the 7,453-square-foot home for $7.9 million in September 2008.
The estate has a grand entry foyer, high ceilings, a gourmet chef's kitchen and stone and hardwood floors, as well as multiple sets of French doors that open to the landscaped yard.
The pop culture icon has sold more than 85 million records throughout her 10-plus-year career, and last December, Billboard Magazine named her one of the best selling acts of the 2000s.
Still a mainstay in pop culture, Spears' last full-length album was "Circus," which was released in 2008.
