Britney Spears has listed a five-bedroom, six-bath home at 12094 Summit Circle in Studio City, Calif., for $5.495 million.
Spears paid $6.75 million for the Tuscan-inspired estate in January 2007, six years after it was built.
She originally listed the 7,453-square-foot home for $7.9 million in September 2008.
The estate has a grand entry foyer, high ceilings, a gourmet chef's kitchen and stone and hardwood floors, as well as multiple sets of French doors that open to the landscaped yard.
The pop culture icon has sold more than 85 million records throughout her 10-plus-year career, and last December, Billboard Magazine named her one of the best selling acts of the 2000s.
Still a mainstay in pop culture, Spears' last full-length album was "Circus," which was released in 2008.
